The Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection (hereinafter: the Policy) applies to all data that the user or their legal representative has entered into the contact form, registration form, etc., on the website www.avtosolatilia.si and which are consequently stored in the database of the company LMM TILIA avtošola, turizem in trgovina, d.o.o., Gerbičeva 44, Ljubljana. The purpose of the Policy is to inform you about our privacy policy and the options available to you regarding the method of collecting and using data online.

For the use of the “Avtošola Tilia” mobile application, an additional application privacy policy also applies.

What personal data we process

• For the purposes of contractual business, we collect the following personal data upon completion of the registration form: candidate’s first and last name, date of birth, age, address and place of residence, payer’s first and last name, payer’s address and place of residence, tax number in the case of payment by a legal entity, email address, telephone number, price, and payment method.
• For the purposes of electronic registration, which serves for seat reservations and subsequent communication with the client, we collect the following personal data: candidate’s first and last name, year of birth, payer’s first and last name, address, postal code and place of residence, telephone number, and email address.
• On our website, you can sign up for our e-newsletter, with which we inform you about our offers, news, and upcoming events, and for which we require your first and last name and email address.
• When filling out the contact form on our website, which serves for your questions regarding our activities, we collect the following personal data: first name, last name, and email address. Based on this data, we respond to your inquiry.
• The website uses cookies for Google Analytics (utma, utmt, utmb, utmc, utmz, utmv) and cookies for Facebook Pixel tracking, as well as the wordpress_test_cookie, which checks your consent and cookie settings.
• Photos and videos created within our activities exclusively for the purpose of our own marketing activities in various media (brochures, flyers, websites, and Facebook profiles of LMM Tilia d.o.o. companies, publications in online newspapers, and other local public information media).

Legal grounds for data processing

We may process your data on the following legal grounds:

• when the processing of your personal data is necessary for a contractual relationship based on the conclusion and fulfillment of a registration form/contract or upon your request for a pro-forma invoice/offer;
• when it is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations based on a concluded contract (e.g., issuing invoices for services rendered);
• when, based on the completion of the electronic registration, you have given consent for the processing of your personal data for the purposes of seat reservation or notification regarding the enrollment process and taking the driving test;
• when you have given consent for the processing of your personal data for a specific processing purpose, whereby you always have the right to revoke the given consent;
• when we have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data

Purposes of personal data processing

We may use your data for one or more of the following cases:

• Communicating with you regarding the provision of our services and responding to your inquiries;
• Conclusion of a contract (registration form for a course, driving lessons, refresher lessons, etc.) and fulfillment of obligations arising from the concluded contract;
• Marketing communication (sending emails, regular mail, and SMS messages);
• Own marketing activities by publishing articles in various media (promotional material, publication in electronic and print newspaper media);
• For the enforcement of any legal claims and resolution of disputes;
• For statistical analysis of the sale of our services and the use of our websites;

How long do we keep your personal data?

• Personal data required upon conclusion of the registration form/contract is kept in written form for 5 years after the fulfillment of the contract. In the electronic database, it is kept permanently or until revocation, when you submit a request for data deletion to the email address info@lmmtilia.si;
• Personal data processed for marketing information and communication, which you provided based on your consent (newsletter sign-up, contact form, or completion of registration), is kept permanently or until revocation, when you submit a request for data deletion to the email address info@lmmtilia.si;
• Photos and videos that we process and use exclusively for the purpose of our own marketing activities in various media based on your consent are kept permanently or until revocation, when you submit a request for data deletion to the email address info@lmmtilia.si;
• Data on issued invoices is kept for 10 years from the date of issue;
• After the retention period expires, personal data is effectively destroyed, deleted, or processed in such a way that it can no longer be linked to you.

Voluntary nature of data provision and consequences of non-provision

The provision of personal data is voluntary. You are not obliged to provide personal data to us; however, if the client does not provide it, they cannot receive certain services or enter into a contract with us. We will specify which data is such that its non-provision causes the stated consequences each time we obtain personal data from you.

Who has access to your personal data

We do not forward your personal data or allow third parties outside the company LMM Tilia d.o.o. to become acquainted with it, except for those who have a written contract with us, based on which they perform certain tasks related to data processing and are obliged to respect the legislation regarding the processing and protection of personal data (so-called contractual processors).

Contractual processors may process personal data only within the scope of our instructions and may not process personal data for their own purposes. Based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), they and their employees are committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal data. Contractual processors may not export personal data to third countries (outside the member states of the European Economic Area).

What rights you have regarding personal data, how you can revoke consent for processing, and what the consequences of revocation are

Regarding your personal data, you can request at any time:

• Access to personal data and information regarding the purpose of processing, types of personal data, users and categories of users to whom personal data has been disclosed; the planned period of personal data retention or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
• One free copy of personal data in a format you specify (if the request is submitted by electronic means of communication and does not require otherwise, the copy is provided in electronic form);
• Contest inaccurate personal data and request correction and restriction of personal data;
• Deletion of all personal data (right to be forgotten) if the conditions from Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met, and especially in cases where you revoke consent for the processing of personal data;
• The right to file a complaint against us with the Information Commissioner if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation.

• We will respond to your request as soon as possible, or at the latest within one month of receiving your request.

LMM Tilia d.o.o., as a personal data processor, ensures a high level of personal data protection and undertakes to carefully store and use all received personal data provided in the registration form/contract, electronic registration, newsletter sign-up, contact form inquiry or email, and permission to use photos and video material for the purposes of its own marketing promotion, only for the purpose of performing the ordered service or specific direct marketing activities. LMM Tilia d.o.o. undertakes not to forward personal data to third parties without the consent of the individual to whom the personal data relates.

Permission for personal data processing

Applicants on the completed registration form for our services, courses, programs, or workshops are familiar with the general terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection, and by their signature or consent for processing for individual purposes, they permit the processing of personal data.
